      2014.03.11（周二）市内群山莲花山穿越

2>穿越路线（实际穿越距离和时间）

出发时间7:07 结束时间11:02，共用时3:55分。全程12.22公里。其中海蒂游泳馆北高尔夫练球场至八一路上加油站处公路1.1公里。平均速度3.12KM/H

实际穿越路线：环卫公园门口-沿途n座小山峰-森林动物园南门-西山揽胜-动物园二期东侧山峰-穿过八一路加油站左侧上山-12路房产学校终点站连穿秀月六峰-舰艇学院南门 参考轨迹图如下：
